Life's a roller-coaster here but I'm managing somehow. I hope you and your daughter are doing well~ *huggles* 
Umm... I just picked up where I left off with SotF recently and I just...*speechlessly crawls up the lounge chair and hugs Taichi (and Grimmjow too for his effort to pick up the pieces)*
I need to finish the next chapter so bad.... It just feels so rushed and bleh T^T I don't wanna rush anything, but none of the kids are cooperating with me -_-
Well, a little (rushed), but honestly I don't think I could have endured the heartache if it were any longer than it was, though seeing Grimmjow taking the steps to reconcile and all helps soften it somewhat... kind of almost like I'm their little journey towards healing where every little step counts, if that makes any sense 'coz I'm not sure if I am T^T
Man, I had this vague image in my head where somewhere in the near future, Taichi rose to be a promising chef through passion and dedication that as a matter of fact he got awarded his first Michelin star, and the first person he told it to -before the general press gets wind of it and all- is his dad, though still with a tiny bit of hesitation and lingering anxiety (that's still healing but not as painful anymore, in a way), and Grimm responding positively with a hearty and proud congratulations...a-and Taichi...*whimpers, hands gesticulating with wordless emotion all over the place* Duckie~~~

Awww, omg that's so ridiculously sweet!! It'll probably happen too, Taichi's destined for good things, and he and Grimmjow WILL get better, but will probably never be as close as they were when Taichi was little.
My biggest issues right now are with Tomoe and her weird relationship with Kin. It feels kinda forced to me, and I might honestly make bad things happen just to get rid of it >>
